Before getting into real estate, I spent over 20 years owning and operating an electrical service business here in Palm Coast. That experience gave me a working knowledge of how homes are built, how systems age, and where problems tend to show up. It’s something I use every day when helping clients evaluate properties.
I’ve been connected to Palm Coast since 1972 and a full-time resident since the mid-1980s. I’ve seen the area grow from early development into the established community it is today, and that long-term perspective helps when it comes to understanding neighborhoods, construction trends, and overall property value.
